At IAM Micro, we perform the water jet micro-cutting process using Flow Nanojet equipment. This method allows us to make precise cuts in silicone gaskets with washer thicknesses or hole diameters that require microscopic precision. Unlike traditional die-cutting, water jet micro-cutting offers an alternative that perfectly suits the needs of complex geometries and varying quantities.
